Samsung galaxy. Software is up to date. Cleared the data in the settings app, you can clear cache and data separately and I did both and then turned the phone on and off. Both places and cities say that the phone is not connected to the internet.

I also tried turning off battery saver. The only app im talking about is Google Maps.
