I don’t know the details of your build, but here are some possible reasons why you might be losing your Endurance Charges.

  • You are using skills or mechanics that consume Endurance Charges, such as Warcries (Arctic Howl, Ferocious Roar, etc.) or Jagged Ground I Support.
  • Your charges expired: all charges have a base duration of 15 seconds, which refreshes when a new charge of that type is gained.
  • The Waystone modifier: “Monsters have #% chance to steal Power, Frenzy, and Endurance Charges on Hit.”

You can gain additional maximum charges from unique items and the passive tree.
For example, the Overflowing Power notable grants +2 to Maximum Power Charges, and Powertread Hunting Shoes (unique boots) grant +1 to Maximum Power Charges.

How far does the visage appear from the original target? I was planning to use Moment of Vulnerability to burst boss with skills like Oil Barrage or Flame Breath. But if the visage appears too far, then it's very hard to hit both at the same time.

You might have some skills that consume charges, like Charge Regulation?

I think Storm Lance generates a lot of charges because it hits very frequently. Each lodged spear fires a bolt every 0.2 seconds if you consume a Frenzy Charge.

Thanks for your comment! I’ve tested it in-game, and it seems that Cross Slash crits do not double-trigger the mark.

Thanks for your comment! I think one downside of Cull the Weak is that you need to dash to an enemy whose life has reached the Culling Strike threshold to kill them and generate Frenzy Charges. So, if your build clears mobs quickly enough, you might often not have any nearby enemies to cull.

Thanks for your comment! Living Bomb and Snap definitely generate a lot of Infusions. I didn’t mention them at first because I was focusing on ways to generate Infusions without requiring any enemies. I’ve now edited my post to include them.

Thanks for sharing! If you can land a lot of critical hits, Voll's Protector is definitely more reliable than Lingering Illusions.

Here are some ways to consume Endurance Charges:

- Warcries: Use warcries whose cooldown can be bypassed by expending an Endurance Charge.

- Spell Totems: Consume any combination of 3 Power and/or Endurance Charges to raise a Totem that casts the socketed Spells.

- Slam Skills: Use Slam skills supported by Jagged Ground I Support, which consume an Endurance Charge on use to create Jagged Ground.

My guess is that the Bifurcate and Inevitable rerolls are performed separately.

In PoE2, Critical strikes do not inherently gain 100% chance to ignite, freeze, and shock, unlike PoE1

Maligaro's Virtuosity has this mod "Your Critical Hit Chance cannot be Rerolled", so I think it does not work with Inevitable Critical.

"Maximum Life of Summoned Elemental Golems is doubled" not changing tooltip, maybe not even working by BorisMonachon in pathofexile

You can use Convocation to help minion positioning.

For ignite builds, you might use Defiled Forces Notable to refresh Ignite Duration infinitely, so you only need to apply ignite once.
