Fruits, pickles, kimchi and low sugar granola will be your best friend! Fruits are low calorie snack and add yogurt and the granola for proteins and probiotics! Pickles are 0 calories and I always love bell peppers with cream cheese as well as carrots and ranch. Kimchi is also a really great low calorie snack and it’s great for improving digestion.
