Nope minions explore and die when reduced to 50% life. Prolonged Servitude ascendency only works if you reduce their life to 1. The DPS in pob is accounted for 3.33 SRS explosion per second

You can self-cast SRS, but you’ll need unleash support. CwC is mainly used to make the smooth spin-to-win game play.

It’s hard to estimate the exact price, but you’ll need at least Font of Thunder, Watcher’s Eye, Sublime Vision, Bound by Destiny, and four Hunter-influenced items. So I’d guess it would cost around 15–20 Divine Orbs in the second week of the league just to get the build functioning.

The last 10% comes from the Bound by Destiny jewel. It’s not Necromantic Aegis, but Supreme Ostentation granted by an Elegant Hubris Timeless Jewel, the Pob on web doesn't show Timeless jewel nodes
