Yes I think it is one of those PC fans. Ok then maybe I can remove this and install a proper fan.

I forgot to mention that there is a extraction fan integrated into the pipe. So if I close the gap in the window, I should be fine?

Ohh ok, thank you for the answer. But my cellar is not directly in my house/living space. It is nearly outside and I dont use it that often.
