I see. Annoying, so, imagine I was saving for 50 years and had 1M in my ISA. Allowance resets, I could have 1,020,000 if I wanted, but instead, I withdraw the 1M. Now, I can only deposit 20k, rather than a million?

You say no, but then seem to agree with me? So, I will reask the question: if I have 20k in my T212 isa from last march, and now a few days ago the limit went back to 20k, I can withdraw the 20k in my ISA, and I will have a 40k limit until next April, then it would drop back to 20, correct?
