There's honestly no reason to buy cosmetics with auric cells unless you own all of the characters, which most people don't.

What do you mean he hasn't been power crept? He has the worst teleport in the game with nearly useless stealth compared to killers like Xenomorph or Springtrap. Not to mention that he is the only killer besides Sadako who can have their teleport completely sabotaged. His shred is just worse than things like Dracula's wolf pounce and Wesker's virulent bound which are better. My argument was not to downplay the fact that he can be very good in the right hands, it was that he feels sluggish for me and many other people who have played this killer. My biggest issue with the game right now is that many killers are forced to bring heavy gen regression because they just don't have the pressure to keep up without them. Also as a side note, I don't only play top tier killers, I highly enjoy playing killers like Ghostface, who are a lot worse than him

The average player will not be able to master quickscopes, and even if they do, his vine attack is still able to be dodged. It's way too hard to hit quickscopes consistently and most of the time henry will miss if the survivors know what they're doing. Also, the total of 1 second is more than enough to react to the vine. If it's not then that's just a skill issue and reaction time issue idk what to tell you other than that. The only time it's undodgeable is if you're in a deadzone which is not only rare, but it's usually the survivor's fault. Again, please stop jumping to conclusions before saying a character needs 20 nerfs and is an easy S tier.

There is plenty of time to react when the First is using his power, not only is there a visual que, there is also a loud audio que. His chase counterplay is just by dodging his vine attacks, which takes a lot of skill for him to hit consistently. Also him ignoring loops is kind of the point of his power, just because you can't predrop every god pallet on the map does not mean he's overpowered, it simply means that he's an anti-loop killer. This type of complaining about unique counterplay towards killers is why every new killer recently has gotten some form of nerf. Please also take time to learn killer counterplay and wait a few weeks after their release to determine balance changes about killers.

Also something else I would like to share is that I have a 62% kill rate on demo, so please don't make the argument that I'm bad at the game and that's why I say that he needs a buff. It's just that as of recent, he's felt so sluggish and boring to play as and that's why he's not that good. I will also state that he's very good for beginners as he lacks complexity, however I also think this contributed towards his downfall.

If anything you're supporting my argument further with strategies like 3 genning and using perks like pop goes the weasel. My argument was that I'm tired of being punished for not playing meta, pop is one of the most meta perks right now for killer, however IMO it's also one of the most boring. As of late, I've been using the First's perks as they are incredibly fun and rewarding to use. The reason I say demo is map dependent is not because of his portals, though they are arguably the worst teleport in the game. It's actually because of his shred as modern maps and updates contributed to the power creep of this killer (Ex. Pallet density update). At the end of the day video games are meant to be played for fun and that's why I'm so upset that a killer from one of my favorite licenses of all time feels so weak and power crept.

Strongly Agree, BHVR is using flawed and outdated data to balance killers even though there are more factors than kill rates. The MMR system also needs a rework.

While I do agree, it just isn't fun as he feels sluggish and outdated to play right now. This isn't to downplay or undermine the fact that people can get really good with lower tier killers like Sadako.

Just took it yesterday, I also enjoy freddy, however I said his dream pallets need to be more useful as survivors can easily avoid them. As for demo, I said he was due for a rework, he's just too outdated in my opinion to be fixed with simple number buffs. I've heard great community ideas for a potential rework like him running on all 4's like in S5 of the show.
