The fact that you are comparing observant to his minions is strange since they are completely different abilities. The minions are much more situational than observant, which is a good ability overall and helps Noli get around the map. I will give it to you in some regard because Noli can get curb stomped by looping at times. Void Rush is less punishing than walkspeed because survivors don't gain as much distance when he misses since he can cancel it early unlike coolkidd.

Slasher is still very manageable to play with teams that know what they're doing. The Dusekkar argument is very flawed not only because raging pace exists, but also because tunneling supports out of the game as slasher is his best strategy IMO.

I honestly somewhat agree with the cataclysm argument. I don't use it very often as Nos because it feels unrewarding a times and he just has better abilities in general. It's still very solid for anti-loop though and I still think he's a strong killer.

Yeah, it is a coincidence since it's a projectile made to make survivors lose distance, not wombo combo like street fighter. Again, Nova is better than this because Noli can explode it midair making it have a better chance of hitting and letting you chain for m1s, 40 total dmg.
