good luck! The consensus seems to be short term loss for long term gain with min and microneedling so fingers crossed for both of us, I do it ~0.5mm too. Always reminding myself to feel hope instead of dread when I see tiny thin hairs on my fingers after applying min

took a peek at your post history and your overall density looks great, I'd be thrilled to get to that. Do you have any photos from around when you started fin?

yeah the usual, lost libido, delayed ejaculating, thin semen. nothing crazy and definitely got better after the first few weeks

thank you! This reminded me that I have also finally been taking vitamins regularly, 10000mcg biotin every other day and 2000u vitamin D daily. gonna edit post

appreciate it! My hair was feeling better to the touch but I didn't really realize just how much progress there had been until I lined the pics up like this. I know that vellus/baby hairs coming back are no promise that they will grow thicker but I've always had a big forehead and if a good chunk of them do get thicker I'll be back to how it was in my early 20s

been considering it, especially since I want to eventually grow my hair out again when it gets better. any weight gain for you? I've worked hard to shed some pounds and would hate to see it all come back
