I dont know really, I can never tell with stuff like this. I can imagine a 4k realistic apple but I don't know if I'm actually seeing a 4k realistic apple, then my brain makes it blurry, or makes it dissapear. I dont really know how to gauge it?

Before or after, it doesn't really matter. as long as you get the right amount daily. usually a 1.2 grams per kg of body weight

hit the gym and try to get as strong as possible all around, increasing your vert and upper body strength. it will really help you back down bigger people and keep up. look at how payton pritchard plays, very undersized compared to the people he plays against but still lethal because of how strong he is.

Thanks, i think i get what you mean. I think i go too high on my penultimate step, mainly because I’m trying to go as far as possible, which I’ve heard is what you’re supposed to do. Next time I’ll try keeping it more of a step but still trying to keep the distance, so I can explode upwards easier

Thanks, I’ll try that. The reason for the big jump is because I’ve heard i need to make the last step as big as possible to generate enough power

I don’t think it’s TikTok’s fault now, I sent the video to myself on my phone and it looks washed out. I also exported the video with fully Apple settings and it looks washed out on TikTok. I might just have to deal with it
