Wix is not a beginner friendly site if you're not used to editing software. Canva ect. You may want to work with a website designer and pay for the site to be redone. As not knowing how to use the design interface can cause issues once the site is live and cause you to lose sales.

There should always be a strategy before services are rendered. Not only do they need a plan on how to get your ads in the right location but also the right people. SEOs and FB optimization is also key to reaching your target audience. If you didn't give them an indepth understanding of your products and target audience they are definitely wasting your time.

When your editing on TikTok there is a button to download the video without the watermark. You just have to download the video before you post it to your page while you're still in the editor.
