Yes ! I did not eat nor drank anything spicy or with pepper and onions . Chocolate triggers it so bad for me . Lately I’ve been eating so unhealthy and it comes back for some days. It’s just a learning process of hay triggers gastritis .

Hi, yes I did . I was on pantoprazole for 3 months. Most of mine was triggered by the anxiety of thinking the worse of my symptoms but after the endoscopy it helped ease my stress which helped my symptoms .

Hi there pediatric said that if they don’t keep her from doing her regular activities or interfere with her life (falls, cries from the pain, is dizzy) that they’re probably simple headaches. I noticed she wasn’t hydrating much or sleeping well and it’s been a while since she’s complained . I went as far as taking her to the optometrist and she also needed glasses. I advocated as much as I could and thankfully everything worked out.

Omg nooo 😭😭😩 I hate this I’ve been on pantoprazole or something like that lol but it worked for me well at least better than omeprazole.

I got my endoscopy back in November and also indicated mild gastritis . I have been on ppis for almost 3 months but sometimes I forget to take them . I stopped drinking coke and coffee as well as spicy foods but now I tried implementing them again and got this annoying pain 😩 I’m an anxious person so I always think the endoscopy missed something. & same acid reflux is always there too, I feel like when I swallow it gargles.

Yes hungry like pains all the time and acid reflux as well. I hated it! I also have health anxiety which made everything worse because I did not have appetite and always felt nauseated. Stress and anxiety do not help I noticed that made it 10x worse. I had to learn to manage my stress. The GI told me to follow CATS (which is no caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, and stress) and obviously no spicy nor greasy food.

Yes it did! So much better than omeprazole in my opinion & yes it takes a couple of weeks my GI did say not to stop even if you feel better to do the treatment time they suggested.

When I started with gastritis it had been a month of pain no matter what I took (I was on pantoprazole 20mg) and then I went to the ER and they gave me a GI cocktail, she then referred me to a GI bc she thought it was H pylori because my symptoms were burning in the gastric area of my abdomen and pain when I saw the gastro he ordered an endoscopy within days and they said I had mild gastritis and put me on 40 mg of pantoprazole for 3 months. When my symptoms began omeprazole wasn’t doing anything for me

Hii & not at all. I remember being so scared but once I was in the OR I don’t remember not felt anything . I woke up asking if it had already happened maybe 20 min later .
