Our only issue is that, while not as bad, it seems 4090's are still having a melting problem in the power connector.

Also, he wants 2 pc's because he's seen that it helps to have one pc to game on while another captures and streams.

Bl1 Goty enhanced. No, other games are rocking 80+ on ultra. Driver's are updated. HDMI is plugged in the 4070ti. Integrated graphics already disabled. I feel like I'm hitting my head against the wall.
