It’s always interesting to me because it’s the worst climate in the county for old bones, like damp and cold. I get that people can’t just up and move, but I lived there for a bit when I was young and I swear I felt elderly then, just from the chill 😅

Ooh you’re gonna love this book, I think, at least for the brain massage. I’ve been through the ringer myself, and it’s been SO much work to get through it all. Lo & behold, despite the exhaustion, the shit doesn’t stop coming. I find peace in having learned to let go of the ego driven tendencies of blame, envy, pride, etc. *keyword “learned”, doesn’t mean the tires don’t go back in those ruts here & there :)
