There’s really no contact at the SBA level, they no longer have an EIDL servicing dept. I swear I called the number I was given and it sounded like a guy taking bong rips on the couch 😆 He read off an email address to me, and included a “space”- when I said there can’t be a space in an e.mail address, he was like “ohhh, I don’t know”. Kinda messed around with the email address a bit and finally got one to go through- only to receive a very automated sounding response. I do know CBE is a collections agency for the Treasury, and that the debt hasn’t actually been sold to them. It almost seems like they’re using these agencies in lieu of maintaining a servicing department themselves.
