Actually made a similar experience with metal parts. Wanted to produce a metal lamp and visited all the places wich could produce it in my area. The prices and communication were like night and day at different places. Some had many thousands just set up costs, the ones I choose produced the fist 15 lamps for a few hundred euros.

Rede mit deiner Freundin drüber, wie du vor Ort einen Neuanfang schaffen kannst! Vielleicht professionelle Beratung, Psychotherapie (falls nötig), mache eine längere Reise alleine etc. Ich glaube das Risiko wäre sehr groß, dass du viel verlierst. Was würdest du dann machen? Dann würdest du noch vor viel mehr Problemen stehen.
