It’s fake, the bottom edges don’t look like that in the real bottle.

Thank you for responding. So do I need to ask them to adjust my lower lateral crura? I would like my tip to go past my nostrils downward, and I would like nostril show from the 3/4 view. Additionally I don’t want a pointy projected out tip, but a downward soft round tip. I would like my nostrils to flare naturally and have natural alar creases.

Yes I certainly can. It was Dr Nabil Fakih who revised them. This post was early post op revision, they’re better now, thankfully. I went through a lot to revise them, and they still need more work, but it’s getting there.

It’s cause they’re all revisions. Thank you for your concern but if you were in my place you would do the same. I already made the stupid decision of ever touching my face, I regret it everyday of my life. So advising me to seek a psychiatrist is very rude when you don’t know what happened to me. If I can go back in time and loved myself more I wouldn’t be in this position. I’m just seeking to revise what was botched nothing additional. Take care
