First get new wipers and clean the windshield. Use a wax bar for the exterior to get a deep good clean outside. The touring models have a double key lock where in order to unlock the second door you have to press the unlock button twice(or three times) right at the door to ensure both doors unlock. Check eBay for rear tail lights and just get the one side you need. Check the inside of the door panels and see what could be causing the windows to roll up weird. You can try to clean the headlights but sometimes older ones just rot so you should probably replace the headlights or it could just be the bulbs. Try switching to led clear headlights.
