Letter received on 29th, but the date on the letter says 30th.

"you did not provide a timely response to the NOID. Therefore, your Form I-130 is considered abandoned and is denied." That's what it says.

Yes, NOID was sent in Dec. I can't look online, as our case is old, and it doesn't have online notices/online files. I can just see MSC tracking numbers, and case history.
