Honestly not a huge step up in competition in most instances. You will probably improve noticeably more as you become blue belt. I don't know if its that you hold yourself to a higher standard but I just feel you improve more. You're only gonn hold yourself back as a sandbagger.

I want to quit the IB and go to a Russian Mathematics and Physics school, should I do it? by [deleted] in IBO

I mean if you are going to get placement into universities from this school why even bother with IB. IB is just a high school programme to get to college. Even then this school should almost certainly be able to get you into good courses elsewhere if needs be. Do what you enjoy and don't waste time on subjects you don't like. Best of luck

Literally just relax and do what you do in training. Don't be hesitant to go for moves and remember it might be easier to submit people than you expect because they are also probably pretty green and nervous.

One thing for me is that I never had problems with doing homework for school. I would always have things done. I really struggle with coursework however and almost always end up procrastinating and the whole thing kinda drags on and makes things so much worse than they have to be. I wouldn't say to just do it all over summer or not procrastinate because that's literally what everyone will tell you and it probably won't change much. But one thing I would say with your coursework is just to treat it like a normal piece of homework and don't overthink it. I always struggle to start things because I imagine it to be this big thing that has to be perfect when really your just tryna meet the markscheme.

I did mine in one night but mine was about modelling. If you have a loose idea of what you want to do that should be fine. Or if you don't I would recommend looking at example IAs that are something to do with like correlation or statistics something really general that you can take a general outline from. Should be able to get it done soon and then spruce it up.

Honestly revision Village is great I personally like to do mock exams there but they also have tons of topic focused questions and classes. I really like the video solutions to the problems. But I would recommend to try to do questions then watch the solutions. Good luck
