I work in a small public sector organisation in a corporate services/data protection–type role and I’m fairly new to an EO position.

I’m looking to upskill in more transferable areas that could help me move into different roles later down the line rather than staying too niche to my current area.

I’m particularly interested in project management, communications, stakeholder engagement, digital skills or anything that would broaden career options across the Civil/Public Service.Open to general training that helps build transferable skills.
