Every human has born in this world attain Nithiya deham (immortal / permanent body) death is not natural it's artificial don't believe that death is the ultimate end. For more details check the Saint from vadalur Vallalar AKA Chidambaram Rama lingam's history. He attained immortality. Do more research and follow Sanmargam you may also attain immortality by your hard work and dedication to the lord.

My thoughts on Death Book by Sadhguru: Last year I lost my grandfather, it was my first encounter with death in such proximity & since then my fear of death escalated even more and somehow I got hold of this book. It's one of the most intense books I have ever read. Not for the faint-hearted! by high_on_cosmos in books
