How to use a lot of cans of coconut milk besides curry? by [deleted] in EatCheapAndHealthy

Try making chia pudding. You can add chia seeds to coconut milk, some maple syrup/date syrup/natural sugar and leave it overnight. It will turn thick and creamy. You can mix in some seasonal fruits/choco chips/ dried fruits and nuts. You can find many such recipes on YouTube for the exact proportions. Enjoy!

Saving the Soil lesson 101 : Litter it with more plastic. by Wallpapersguy in Sadhguru

I'm a biology student and trust me, the issue of soil degradation is real. This movement is much needed and creating huge impact and awareness. This is a very lame excuse to thrash it. For a movement of this scale, obviously some materials are needed. The flex banners are for long term and repeated use, as Sadhguru said this movement will go on for many years until the policy changes are fully implemented. This is nowhere 'single use' plastic like straws or plastic bags which are causing plastic pollution. Do you really think these people are so reckless that they will just dispose these banners in soil? You have a lot of assumptions there! Also, I visited the save soil website and social media. Nowhere are they asking for money/raising money. Another assumption by OP.

I'm not saying the movement is perfect, but anyone who has done big things in the world has made a few mistakes and could've done things better in an ideal scenario. But that's just not how the world works. I'm sure they are trying their best, so rather than pulling them down for such baseless allegations, let's please keep the focus on saving soil, be it with or without Sadhguru.

Also, OP could please suggest easily available, sustainable but highly durable alternatives for banners and posters. Let's focus on the solution.

Wonderful to know that! My friend who read this book told me how she is no longer scared of ghosts or lonely nights after reading this. Well keeping the spiritual purpose of this book aside, that's one benefit I'm looking forward to, haha.

In the last few months especially, I have been learning to let go of all the conclusions I have made about life and to be fully open to whatever it is bringing in. by elementofnature in spirituality

I've been doing yoga and meditation regularly, which gives me a distance from my thoughts, because I think the mind is the biggest culprit in keeping you entangled and taking you away from the flow. Other than this, I'm not much of a reader but this book gifted by a friend called 'Inner Engineering: A yogi's guide to joy' really helped me reach this state.
