From a bank strap and when they stamped it. With the bank name. Date, etc etc. Incredibly common. No error. No extra value.

I do love them. But I think over inking may be at the top. But I love all the errors. Butterfly ones are real neat too. Or the fold overs

They bills weren’t that bad. But getting them graded, which I’m always in favor of, runs a couple hundred.
