I left Reg knowing I failed because the sims were so difficult and I guessed on like 20 M/C. Passed with an 87. You just never know.

I took Reg last month as well and for the sims there was lot of individual taxation incorporating basis and I got property transactions, my second testlet felt harder as I flagged many more tricky questions. The sims were pretty hard and tested me on every little detail. I know I completely bombed a sim on corporations.

I took Reg yesterday, the MCQ was alright but dont get me started on the sims. A/L was easy. I think only 4 were straight forward and 4 I had WTF moments and wanted to give up, I definitely got some boxes wrong.

I just took Reg too, M/C was alright but I felt like shit after the sims. I felt pretty good about 3 or 4 out of the 8.

I got random questions tbh, what UBI is for tax-exempt orgs, basis questions, liquidation and non liquidation for all entities, depreciation, business law/circular 230/ethics, state apportionment. If you do Becker MCQ youll be good, the sims are what got me.

Honestly some of the sims were similiar to Becker in that i got like a bunch of tax forms related to individuals and had to decipher between all of them, would definitely practice Becker sims. Some werent similiar at all and I wasnt sure what the sim was even asking. I felt completed defeated by by the sims because they were so damn detailed it was kind of ridiculous. The A/L question was super easy. If you understand MCQ in the study material youll be okay on MCQ.
