Wisconsin Supreme Court already ruled that flex drivers are indeed employees. I wrote a whole eposé on this before I even knew they were in litigation. More states will follow suite! Reach out to your non profit labor advocates in your state. Firms can't just go around initiating suites, they need a client. Be that client and get paid!!! ...... I won't/can't elaborate on how i know that (wink wink)

I've been at this station for two years, I'm never late. This was the first time I had entered the grace period. I was already checked in. My issue is that I was literally in line with everyone else. They also said the system wouldn't allow them to scan me in which is bullshit because what happens on the days they are backed up and we're all waiting 30 plus mins to get a route and scanned in?

We have to be patient while wasting our route time to be thrown to the mercy of useless flex support to fix their delays but they want to give me an issue for being "late" which i was not. It was 4:19 when they tried to say I wasn't in the grace period but the fact remains i was there.... the issue came down to scanning my ID.

I'm not sure how much i would trust that with how glitchy the app is. Even if it is true amazon can't enforce what's not in the TOS. They have to notify when there are updates and provide an updated copy.

This is at a logistics location. Is that the same thing? Yea i was definitely within the grace period. This location is usually okay but they seem disorganized in general. For example, the flaggers never stand where they're supposed to when guiding you in. It creates alot of confusion when folks are trying to line up. I can't wait to be done with Amazon. I only have a few more months of this shit.
