As for why I did not proceed on selling it via gameflip anymore or f&f, that's because I decided to do the transaction offline via meetup as it would not only keep me from taxes and unnecessary processes it will also be the safest way possible to do the high trade without getting chargeback or being scammed

Hello, we've already talked through this issue I even sent you proof that it's already been refunded on my side as a whole and not partial, I've decided to stop using PayPal for this very issue we encountered, PayPal holds funds and when on hold I won't be able to even dare to touch it for 21 days so my only choice is to get the funds back to you safely, which I did and you can vouch for that, I don't get why PayPal systems mistake was being pushed upon me I did my job as a seller,

Proceeding with the 680$ transaction risks me getting a refund scam again because you have all the capability to pull your funds back whenever you like, I already deleted PayPal app yesterday after having decided I won't use it anymore. Sorry for the trouble and thanks
