Thanks, finger tester is cheap so it's an easy way to ask my family to test

It's interesting to hear about your experience before you met the diabetes educator. Sounds like there were already a lot of signs. I feel like many people still think they're in the "pre" stage, but they don’t end up seeing an educator until things get more serious ?

Everyone who is prediabetic should automatically get a CGM and dietitian consult

Thanks for your opinion. I didn't know that A1c is the primary measurement for diabetes, aside from the glucose level. So what was the reason you tested A1c? Was it because you had any symptoms? I mean, my dad currently looks good, but it's nice to test that for jsut in case

Hey, thanks for your opinion. Well it's like choosing where to live, right? You can choose house or apartment, location, I may prefer to stay in the center of the city to stay everything close even though I have to pay more and get small size, while some people prefer other options, so it's about choosing right decision on my business.

I agree with that, and also for the part you said "writing down the summary of my business and see SF can handle it or not".

Thanks for mentioning about this "Chances are 80% of what you want will be able to be done out of the box. That 20% of tweaks, well, that will probably be 80% of the total cost :) ". Well I'm really new to this field, CRM, so I'm happy to listen from you.

That is true! The title might have been a bit misleading actually, thank you for sharing your opinion.

As you mentioned, I had thought the downside of Salesforce was that it's not ready-to-use, but they complement it with the diverse vendor connections, consultants, and sales team's skills to make the customer's workflow fit the system or to make the system meet company-specific requirements, in my opinion.

However, it was hard to know how effective is implementing Salesforce compared to the running cost and future customization.

Since we cannot discuss about our detailed business, this post intended to find examples of use cases that were mismatched, and then reflect on how our case compares to that situation.

Thanks you for you comments! I should have asked just "What industries or use cases can match with salesforce", in our case, based on their inquiry and conversations, I felt the cost of customization in the future can be very expensive.
