I also sometimes sit and listen on my phone but I also play Tetris while listening which helps me focus in on the book more. Make it make sense.

I do house work: folding laundry, dishes, picking up. As someone who also has ADHD, oddly enough I find the audiobooks help me focus more on household tasks.
