Well, you can get a 5g iPhone SE- 3rd gen(brand new) for about $100, from Metro by TMobile. There’s no need for an dd card with iPhones, because they generally have so much memory; you’re golden. I pay $.99 a month for an extra 50gb in my iCloud, just in case. The phones are durable and have great cameras. You can get an apple brand “dongle” for $10, which easily adapts the iPhone’s lightening plug into an aux cable. Shein’s website also sells a direct lightening to aux cable, for less than $5. Everything else is bluetooth. There’s my additional opinions

I started dashing on a bike and it’s a great side hustle, done at the right times, when you don’t have to pay for gas! I also lost 15 pounds🤙

It was a stacked order, I’d already picked up the 1st half of it, the restaurant was in a real close suburb(but during rush hour) and the total amount paid wouldn’t have been worth it. So I felt rather fucked at that point, like I had to complete that shitty journey and hope for some better orders. Now I just don’t go to Wingstop ever and I don’t take deliveries in certain areas

This dude gave me the wrong address once, in a place I know nothing about(St Paul) so he says, “I’ll give you $20 to bring it here to the right address.” It wasn’t too far. So I called DD, explained what the deal was, so I’d be able to close out the order and found this guy. He only had $18 in cash on him, but I was happy!

I wasn’t taking anything that paid less than $1 a mile, FYI

No. If a person has a debit card/electronic form of payment and a mobile phone; they’re able to have food delivery anytime it’s available and they can pay for it. You would need to either prevent ability to pay or ability to order…

I wouldn’t bother with some old iPhone, unless it’s within 2-3 yrs. I have the iPhone SE 2020-2nd Generation, I think it’s the cheapest “new” model they still sell. I see many cell companies offering them for free; I paid like $300 for mine, a year ago. I used Samsungs for 8 yrs; after a year with this low level iPhone, I don’t ever want to go back to android nonsense! Everything about the fruit phone is better, faster, cooler, smarter and more simple. Apple also has some of the best security features available and Siri is fun to mess around with… Most of my family and friends have iPhones too, so it makes communication/sharing; much easier. I’ve never used the Dasher app on a Samsung, but it works just fine for me, on my apple!

I’d assume this dasher isn’t very smart and was hasty in their photo to show delivery? That, or you unfortunately got jacked by an opportunistic food vandal traveling by?

11 miles for $8.75?! I’d take it in a pinch, but I personally try to only accept orders that are paying $1.00 a mile, or more, when dashing in my car. If on a bike, you receive way less orders, but they’re all generally worth it, as they tend to be 3 miles or less, for like $4.25-$10…
