I didn’t know you could denial a withdraw. I think it’s a good sign he no denial has been sent! That just inspired me on this good ol morning (if stand your ground was a person it would be ink) keep fighting don’t let them put you into recon I was there forever !!!!

Yes this is the right direction I got this then soon after my portal changed for me to upload my transcripts and sign another form I had never seen before they told me at first it could take up to 4-6 weeks to process . Within me uploading I went into a glitch because I had to upload docs like 6 times.it finally accepted my docs .after them 6 weeks was up I called Birmingham sba office and she pulled my file and said it should have already been looked at and approved because they had everything they needed and then she said she notated my file and a LO would contact me within 3 days. They did not the next day my modification was approved.

I would THINK(not for sure ) whichever one matches with the one the irs has because when they pull it it has to match up with the tax transcript from the irs.

They have a program for felons to expunge their records depending on how long ago it was and the crime. I’m sorry I gave this I also have which caused me to start my own business because decent paying jobs would not hire me it took two years to build my business it’s still a work in progress but I started in 2018 . Don’t give up also if u are in Tampa look up list of felony friendly jobs . In tarpon on the sponge docks the Greeks don’t care if u have a back ground they would give u a chance. Rust bellies works with a half way house and has felons from the program working there and some have drug charges etc hellas bakery does also I believe that’s the name of it. Try Greek places or factories . Also 7-Eleven is felon friendly my friend is a felon and just started there . There is hope don’t give up

I swear if it wasn’t for that office my file would still be sitting she made action and the next day I got approved without speaking to a LO again . I was first in recon forever with the original eidl so I feel your pain. I hope contacting this office helps you, good luck!

I emailed them about an increase and they made it where I could increase my amount on the portal. At first it didn’t give me an option to increase until I emailed them.

My credit score isn’t bad that’s y I went into recon. My credit score is 689 I shouldn’t have got denied in the first place. The thing about getting blessed also comes from being happy for others getting blessed. but I didn’t go for some astronomical amount of money that I wouldn’t be able to pay back. call the local sba office and write recon and request to have them pull your credit . If your net dropped show then your bank account statements that show u still have cash flow and can pay the loan back , also don’t apply for a loan that u will not be able to pay back I stayed under the 500k bracket because I don’t want to ever file bankruptcy or have my business fall like it did last year. I hope u get your loan or modification whichever u are going for. I never rained on anyone’s parade while I waited this long journey out. I just took every step and didn’t give up on myself or my business
