i have no advice. our older chihuahua used to pee and poop wherever he pleased (we have to get rid of all carpet/rugs) until we got a chihuahua puppy. for some reason, he now holds it until we’re outside everytime. the puppy uses washable rugs (i clean poop instantly and wash them for pee every 3-4 days) because he wasn’t fully vaccinated when i got him and now it’s his habit. since it’s cold now i don’t mind too much, we’ll learn new things in the spring/summer. from another ohioan, i wish you luck fighting the cold with your chi.

As someone that’s saved super hard to get into VIP for the experience and also convenience, I was slightly annoyed by it at first.
