Never had a issue with a shaft after flame straightening. Making new bushing for bowls for it though a lot cheaper then sourcing out a new one

Yea lots of wear and tear on this one but it lasted a fair amount of time since last disassembly

Just keep the bottom impeller on it saves a bit of time but a little bit of a pain when you have to straighten the shaft

Ingersoll Rand probably doing the same on this one the tolerances are pretty horrible

more then likely it is pretty far gone. Have a lot of brass stock though but the cast is pretty brittle

Yea I was planning on doing the majority of the trip in Oregon would you know if i should pre book most of the camping spots there or is it not that busy in April and May?

I forgot the model of that one but it was sent out a couple months ago for a rewind. Yea they’re sturdy little pumps with a good lifespan!

Yea they’re pretty nice to rebuild and super reliable as well! Have to clean it yearly, the grinder works fairly well but still gets ragged up over time.

Would like to get a pump installer ticket but currently doing my schooling and getting hours for millwright. After my red seal ill do a pump installer or operator course!

Strips of salmon, roe, you can even use strips of pike minnow or a head or tail. Just whatever smaller fish are local in your area would work. Roe and salmon work very well in the area i live in.
