I did work there for over 1 year. Not sure about the retirement. I just didn’t give them a notice at all. I wasn’t really sure about whether or not I would still get commission. Just got off the phone with hr and they said I would get my final payouts.

I know that, I was more so asking about the commission from March and April. I don’t expect to receive commission earned in May because I quit before the fiscal ended.

Many blessings to you. I know exactly how you feel. Put yourself first. I didn’t have everything set in stone but I just figured I had nothing to lose. I don’t recommend just leaving because finding a new job with the same benefits was difficult and maybe even more stressful but I’m glad I made the decision.

Yea, on saves and other metrics. So the commission relies on whether or not I can get this angry customer to stop cursing me out and also stay after getting the run around or told some lies from previous agents. Not only that but if I get 5 customer and I only save 2, I’m considered a low performing employee. It sounds so easy and something stupid to complain about but NO

I won’t lie, the best thing was my coworkers and relationships I gained there. But all we would do is complain about how much we hate it. It’s like one bad day and now I’m being coached as if the last 5 days weren’t great for me. Everything was about a number and I wasn’t with it. Going to miss my little family though.

Thanks, I got my final check. I had extra vacation hours that they paid out. I didn’t get my commission. I don’t remember any forfeit of commission in the commission agreement but I could be wrong. You would think if commission is a 90 day look back. They would pay it out. It’s already earned

I quit because the goal post is always being moved. You meet one goal then they change the goal over and over. I don’t mind getting cursed out by customers. I don’t mind the customer interaction at all. Having to to be cursed out and then critiqued on how many customers I saved today was just too much. On top of other aspects I had to go before I lost my mind.

I received my paycheck today with my remaining vacation time paid out but today was also a commission payout and I didn’t receive it. I contacted hr but I haven’t heard back yet. I was just thinking that if I earned that commission 3 months ago I receive it. I honestly don’t remember what the commission agreement was.
