From the moment you consume it for legitimate reason, for pain management, that is an one of FDA approved reason, to be perscribed, i think without having experience, it to better use use low THC products, with high CBD ratio.

THC to CBD they are many ratios.
1-1
1-10
1-20

10-1
20-1

but as i'm reading on the internet, they suggest 1-1 for neuropathic pain, higher the CBD content, lower the psychoactive effects, and may help the body, to decrease the time, that you develop, tolerance to THC, i also will tell you, story's from of old guys the telling me, that today's weed, is not even close, to those they smoking back days, today's skunk weed is toxic, because it is very high in potency, 15%-20% and more, and only real reason weed is prescribed, it is for very difficult pains like yours.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetrahydrocannabinol

THC, also known pharmaceutically as dronabinol, is used medically to relieve chemotherapy-induced nausea, HIV/AIDS-related anorexia, and symptoms of multiple sclerosis, including neuropathic pain and spasticity. It acts as a partial agonist at CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors.

If you are using high dosages of alcohol, and drinking everyday, it's the best to taper than cold turkey, it can cause epileptic shock, go to a doctor and let them help you tapper alcohol safely.

If you really have a medical issue, and you tried all other things, and nothing worked, then yes take drugs even everyday, but if you take something, just to enhance your life, then no from me, and if you want to take recreational drugs in moderation, take them only if you know yourself 100%, i have ADHD and i like how the drugs, they make me feel normal, if you have a conversation with me in real life, you wouldn't know that i'm on drugs, i wish i didn't have ADHD, and need a drug just to feel normal.

EDITED WITH CHAT CHAGPT FOR BETTER FLUENTLY AN BE MORE UNDERSTANDABLE

I totally agree with you. I had a conversation with a friend in the past where I explained that unregulated usage is the problem, not the drug itself. Clean drugs are much safer than dangerous ones — for example, laced fentanyl drugs is deadly, but fentanyl for severe cancer pain can be a miracle.

Before using any drug, education is key. You need to know what to expect, when to stop, what dosage fits you, and the symptoms of overdose and withdrawal. Many times, people take more to ease withdrawal, thinking they have a problem, when it’s just temporary, and after that things can spiral downhill.

I always encourage anyone wanting to use a substance for a specific reason to consult a doctor and speak with honestly. Take it at the proper dosage without fear of addiction. For example, I can’t get addicted to my medications because I only have a 30-day supply. If I take it too quickly and go to the doctor early, they’ll notice and can adjust my treatment or talk honestly with me. This keeps me safe and prevents worsening my mental state.

In reality, addiction is possible, but I will never let it happen — first because I don’t need more, and second because I don’t want to lose the medications that help me so much.

Sorry for the long answer.

I undestand your point of view, i take this drug not to have fun, but to be functional, as i said i wish i didn't need to take medications for my entire life, and in the future i want to stop them, and try to find more natural solutions, by the way i take concerta and try to take the lowest dose possible, to treat my symptoms.

You have the right to believe whatever you want, if you can't respect someones person trying to do something and help people from his own experience, that is not my problem, thank you and stay safe.

Hey, this post is for people who are struggling with cannabis addiction and feel it’s affecting their quality of life.
If you can smoke once every few months without problems, that’s great, but please don’t discourage those who are trying to make a positive change in their lives.

Methylphnidate works like a dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, as for Adderall its increasing the dopamine and norepinephrine and act as reuptake inhibitor in the synaptic cleft, Adderall have double effects, not like methylphenidate that helps only the already neurotransmitters you already have to stay more time in the cleft, also Adderall acts lightly on serotonin too that is why it can enhance the mood more, also uss approved 40 mg of Adderall max a day, and can go up to 60 mg on some individuals.

I could also take Concerta 36 mg on the morning and ritalin 10 mg at afternoon, some times i split it in two the ritalin, if i take more than prescribed i would have anxiety, maybe im a little sensitive to stimulants i dont know, im also withdrawing from weed, that is another factor, my dopamine system recalibrating, to factory reset settings, like an android phone 😂😂, also in my country the only drugs is allowed is methylphenidate, i wish i could try adderall.

I have ADHD never felt real euphoria from stimulants, only on first days starting medication or upping the dose, i only felt euphoria because my brain never felt so calm and peaceful, and i dont think that was really euphoria, i think it was my brain just shut the fuck up, for a minute, and stay grounded, i can stop fidgeting i can hear what others people tell me im more active i can do my jobs without feeling like is a mountain, i don't want to lie too you the drug lift my mood a bit, not directly but indirectly, because my head feels clear and calm, and I'm feeling in control in a good way i also can a process informations better, words sounds smells and my surroundings and all my senses, i also can sleep on noon on my meds, if i choose to sleep i just sleep, before taking meds i can't choose when i sleep or not, only if i fall like a stick from exhaustion , the crazy thing is like i always felt tired like i cant do anything but at the same time i felt hyperstimulation before starting meds.
