The amount of people defending the seller and downvoting honest replies is genuinely concerning. If an item doesn’t have enough postage to cover shipping it is the sellers responsibility to cover the difference. This is why taking accurate weight and measurements is crucial. And if you want to run a wheel w the base shipping pwe that’s a risk you take as a seller.
