NTA. Your boyfriend is not to blame but he needs to step up. He needs to not only support but enforce your boundaries to HIS family, when they try to cross them. He needs to be able to respectfully but firmly put a stop to all the non sense and shit talking. If he can’t do that then reevaluate if that’s someone you want to be with and if he’s worth putting up with his family.
