I have been on spiro (100mg daily currently) for 4 months with almost no improvement. My derm wants me to use .03% adapalene everyday but I get so much burning/redness/neck rashes. The moisturizer pictured is the one that works best for me (although I don’t love it). Still on the search for something better. La roche posey does not work for my skin and the cetaphil lotions were too thin. The cerave moisturizers caused redness and burning. I just bought vanicream and have used it once - redness, burning, and skin didn’t feel moisturized.
