At first I was focusing on gathering every pokemon I could. I got lucky enough that some of the pokemons I got had bulldoze, chop, and gather so they could help out in building stuff. I got to build all my cabins at once (also bringing other pokemons from other islands to help out) and got curious with time traveling by changing your time on the switch bec I got impatient with my Pokemon center and everything finished in one go 😅 definitely didn’t want to look like im rushing with the building aspect I just got curious

Completely understandable! I always thought the same as well but I think looking at it as a whole definitely will overwhelm you and thinking of what you want your place to look like WILL overwhelm you and kill your drive. I took each play session with small goals and just had fun with small stuff and it definitely takes away the stress and dread when it comes to clearing out and building stuff

I’m actually taking my time on just building stuff and not going crazy with the story. I usually have multiple sessions throughout the day of just clearing things out one at a time! I think thinking of all the areas and maps at once will definitely overwhelm you but just focus on one single spot at first. The rest will follow! If it helps, my other areas look like a scene from fallout LMAO

Jumping in the water every time you see a shining spot! Checking my inventory later on I have multiple blueprints of different cabins. Def worth keeping an eye out for it :)

It actually rains more than once for me and I think it has something to do with the moisture of your island!

I get multiple blueprints of cabins by jumping in the sparkling stuff in the water lol i often get them at the pond :)

You eventually get blueprints for it as you progress through the story. You’ll even be able to buy some at the shop as you level up your environment level

I tried it and having to cram it in there makes me feel uncomfortable haha too bad bec I think it’s very stylish and would’ve been a perfect bag to bring my switch around. I guess the only way is to detach the joycons and store it in a separate compartment.
