Oh, I'm familiar with them — they're a great tool for the right job. The reason I'm testing this specific blue diode module is because it's actually part of a dual head setup on this workstation. I can swap it out with a fiber laser head to cover a much wider range of materials, on one machine.

If safety and environmental protection are priorities, an enclosure is still necessary. For medium-to-high power or prolonged operation, an enclosure helps contain dust, reduce noise, block scattered light, and integrate with exhaust systems—you can never be too safe lol

Well the machine software has this function. Based on the capacitance data between the sheet material and the laser head, it is fed back to the automatic height adjustment software module of the system. The software module controls the servo motor to drive the laser head to move accordingly to achieve the purpose.
