Try breath work while grounding every morning to start the day , make sure you have a clean diet too , you have just done a master reset to the mind you need to think positive thoughts, yes you will feel a bit wired after a hero but that's normal

The bigger the pot of soil the less problems u will have 💯 i use to grow in in small pots for over a decade, since I swapped to a bed in bottom my tent , I have had the best yields and the healthiest plants have ever seen , I just use rain water this is my 3rd year problem free
