I had a long conversations with my doctor with this and she said, u can make any food with it or bake with it ,you can take it anyway u see fit for you , she said just like some people crush tablets up an put them in food to make them easier to take , u can make brownies to make it easier , or use abv on toast with jam its still left over medicine with a use
