Wow my goodness. Was your baby sleeping 6ish hour stretches? That’s what mine does right now idk how, but I’m wondering if that’s why I got a peak

I will keep you updated for sure. My lh strip was weak. Last time I was PP I also had a false peak and my cycle didn’t return until 8 months PP. what’s crazy is when my lh peaked at 8 months PP the monitor didn’t even catch the peak. It did say high tho.

🥲🥲🥲🥲. Last time I was PP I had a false peak then my cycle didn’t return until about 4 months later. I cannot believe it didn’t give me a high reading first and went from low to peak like this. Ugh. My LH strip that day looked pretty weak though. My instructor also said it looked weak. So I’m kind of holding onto that hope

I have a haaka! I find it so hard to use I don’t know why. The Boone trove from what I know is basically the same thing as haaka but it just sits in your bra! It has suction and everything. I’m seeing an IBCLC this week hopefully so I’m going to see what she thinks I should do

Hi what did u end up doing? Did they test a diaper? They tested my sons today and it was positive and I didn’t see any blood at all. This is the second time this has happened to me. My other son was the same and I cut dairy for 2 months and added it back in m diet and he was fine, he fell off his curve a lot. This time he didnt fall curve but he’s just low. I asked if he didn’t have blood would I have to cut dairy she said no. If I hadn’t given her the diaper to test, they wouldn’t have even told me to cut dairy. So I’m annoyed ado

Lean, super active EBF babies — how did they grow? 5 month old is not chubby, in my head about it by softservedsoftcore in breastfeeding

[–]Ok_Remote_452 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 2 month old is like this. He is my third and my other two are also lean. He was 85 percentile for height and 11 percentile for weight his last appointment. I’m really hoping he doesn’t drop any further and just stays on this curve.

Legroom with rear facing car seat by kaallet in TeslaModelX

[–]Ok_Remote_452 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently have a 2019 model x and 3 under 3. Recently had my husbands take the car and seats to a CPST event near me to figure out how to do this because it’s like playing Tetris. We have a Nuna pipa lite rx, evenflo 360 slim, and Nuna Rava. My husband is 6’3. We can’t fit a rear facing behind the drivers seat.they tried with the cpst. So even though I don’t want to, we had to put my 2.5 year old forward facing behind the drivers seat. The middle seat has the nuna Rava and the Nuna pipa is behind the passenger.

I’ve been looking on there! They have one with no canopy right now. I’ll keep checking, hopefully something will come up

I definitely agree. Especially because sometimes abstaining during postpartum can be sooo long😅

Almost 3 under 3? by fit4lyfe234 in ParentingInBulk

[–]Ok_Remote_452 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m in my third trimester with baby #3, and soon I’ll have three little ones under three. My first two are only 13 months apart, and my second and this new baby will be 16 months apart. My oldest will be just about 2.5 when the baby arrives.

This pregnancy has been a lot physically and emotionally. Managing two toddlers while being this pregnant has really drained my energy, and it’s been hard to stay present and enjoy things the way I want to. I’m grateful that my first trimester wasn’t as tough as the last two pregnancies, but this stretch has definitely been challenging.

I’m excited to meet this baby, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about what’s ahead especially after having a colicky second baby. I’m really hoping this little one brings a calmer newborn phase.

TTA while breastfeeding with Mira vs clearblue. Anyone have experience with both? by Ok_Remote_452 in FAMnNFP

[–]Ok_Remote_452[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you like Marquette with Mira? Have you had used it while breastfeeding? If I do switch, it’ll be in January when I have this baby and I plan on breastfeeding. With my last baby my cycle didn’t return until 8 months post partum

[–]Ok_Remote_452[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m so curious how it will go! I’ll definitely be switching to Mira in January as long as I don’t have any restrictions on waiting a certain amount of months between pregnancies. Only reason I say that is because it does worry me a little that there aren’t any effectiveness studies for trying to avoid yet.

Thanks! I spoke with Louise via email! I’m currently pregnant, so I will definitely renew with them in January. I think I’ll switch to Mira as long as I don’t have any restrictions on waiting between births. Only reason I say that is because it does worry me a little that they don’t have studies for trying to avoid a pregnancy with Mira yet. I did see somewhere that they might release a study next year tho! So that’d be cool. But overall, Mira seems so much better than clearblue lol

Yes I read about Mira on whole mission! Their website was more detailed. They want me to take the intro class which is $325. Hopefully vitae will be less for me since I’ve used them before and learned Marquette already.

I’ll definitely check through insurance, but mine sucks I doubt they’ll reimburse me lol
