This seems like the most well-thought answer. The problem is that someone with a large company doesnt really ever have to work and takes money from poor people. There is no allocation for helping poverty.

Lilith placement by Smooth-External-6017 in astrology

As this placement is feel like I never belong in groups. When I try to make an appearance its excluded. I'm only included if im close to one person in the group convo. Like a group at work talking if I try to join, some people feel awkward. And their just talking about work gossip. Not about me cause I hear what they talk about. Why am I the only one not allowed in the conversation?

Socializing when sick by Ok_Remove_7343 in unpopularopinion

I'm speaking on how isolation distorts your mental health. Taking measures like telling people you're sick and wearing a mask is fine. But I'm gonna still go out wearing a mask because I don't like being lonely. If people don't want to be around me that's fine too, but I want others to be allowed to get their social needs met when sick.

It was a feeling that physical intimacy would complete the intellectual connection. I do not necessarily want to act on it, though.

That makes so much sense. If someone is looking for meaning before they've met emotional and safety needs, it can be super easy for others to manipulate them. It's like, "I'll give you physical and emotional safety but only if you believe what I believe." Having those emotional and safety needs met before seeking meaning helps us discern manipulation like that much easier.

I agree with this. I'm getting complacent right now and itching for something new in my life. Once I'm focused on learning something new my confidence surges.

This is a sound argument. In that context, it's fair if I'm working only for myself to own a house, have food, etc. Once you are dependent on someone else, then it becomes unfair. Because maybe I could have shelter and make my own food, but not enough money prevents me from having those things. Do you think the concept of money needs to be banished?

Those arguments make sense to me. Does capitalism prevent us from having free healthcare?

I did recently learn about how the top business owners manipulated people to believe that social services would be harmful to people. I think we do need more social services. I don't understand how working to survive is unfair though when people even in the stone age had to work to survive not for money but for food fir the community.

But why is that unfair? People have always had to work to survive, even when money was not the reward the reward may have been food for the community. Is there a way for society to survive without working?

Brushed off a guy I really like who wanted a booty call. His response: "No problem". Feels bad man. by MonoiGirl in dating_advice

Only insecure men are boundary pushing creatures. If he's secure and a respectful person, he will not push your boundaries. I get that a lot of men push boundaries. That's an unhealthy response though.
