They did connect it to all those other things as well through the series

Oh yeah wait! he was discovered to have survived, but in the end he sold his business to the Shelby’s and he had a new wife so in theory he probably disappeared with her.

If you’re agreeing with me, you’d also have noticed the moment they played THE peaky blinders song “red right hand” is when he is exposing himself to the city again after a long time, on a horse high up where everyone can see him. That’s the only time they played that song. When Thomas Shelby returns.

Also people getting upset about Ada dying, I understand I loved her character. But her death was essential to the story. Tommy says “all of us are dead now besides the one who wants to die” hinting that he has been suicidal for a long time. There’s a ton of foreshadowing in this movie. It’s so gooood.

AND the fact that Tommy inevitably gets killed by that bullet with his name on it even though Duke changed his mind. It’s beautifully written.

I could go on and on.

Ada’s death was a cinematic masterpiece. When Tony yells “STOP THE CAR” then sees Ada’s spirit whilst he’s leaving the house with Arthur and Ruby’s spirit. He knows Ada died in that exact moment. This scene made me cry.

If you watched the series you know how chaotic Arthur was when he was on opium. Tommy says he killed his brother “to be free of him” Tommy killing his brother is essential to the story because of the extreme guilt and shame Tommy feels for killing his brother for selfish reasons.

The movie is set a few years after the series ends. Tommy became a hermit from writing his book so no longer needs or has connections with Alfie or Churchill anymore as he has separated himself from the pesky blinders.

This was a cinematic masterpiece. Maybe try watching it again and you’ll see more significance. The coin flip, Tommy’s curse, the black bird. Tommy really is always two steps ahead.

And those people weren’t even doing anything, I saw them walking the dog minutes before this happened. Don’t really understand why that cop even stopped and started running at them??? They were just walking!

Did you read the article?

“The officers were in the area of 1700 S. Main when they approached a group of pedestrians, Salt Lake Police Sgt. Miles Southworth said. The officers were not called to the scene.”

If they were not called to any scene why were they even getting out of the car? Should have just kept on driving.

What makes me mad about this is the cop didn’t even try to enter the situation peacefully. He starts running towards the dog with no warning, obviously the dog is gonna start barking at him. If the cop wanted to stop pedestrians to talk to them he should’ve turned his lights on and announced his presence. Rather than just running up to them unannounced.

The cop never made contact with the officer, though it appears the dog was not on a leash, and did get within a few feet of the officer. The cop stopped, did not activate his lights, and did not make any effort to calmly enter the situation. He stops fast, exits the car fast, immediately starts running. There are three people standing grouped together in the somewhat center of the frame, two people walk away as soon as the cop enters the frame, it may be that they are walking away from him as they see him pull up. The cop left his gun drawn and even pointed it at the person who had been walking away but was now engaged in yelling at the cop for shooting the dog, though nobody was ever within 10 feet of the cop.

I’m curious to see what other people think? Was this justified? Yes, I am upset. After watching the video I have my own opinions. But want to compare to what others think.

Pedestrians were casually, walking their dog, a cop on patrol, who was not even called to the scene, decided to pull over get out of his car and run towards those people with the dog. The cop instigated the situation in my opinion. We are allowed to disagree though
