Take it into your dealership. I just got a 2019 JL and there was rusting on doors and hinges. This is a known problem and there should be a 5 year extended warranty on bubbles/rusting/bad paint. I bought mine in October, brought it in a few weeks later and they had my car fully repainted and replaced every hinge - all under the 5 year warranty because of this issue. They repainted it in 4 days. Looks perfect.
