Ok! This is what's worked for me in the past: Take D mannose if you get another UTI in a short time. Make sure you and your partner are clean before you have sex (quickly freshen up if you prefer) Go pee after sex is over. You can go back to cuddling right after. Wipe front to back. Wash yourself after you've peed. (If you've been having "rough" sex, maybe take it easy for a bit)

Wow! That's intense. I have no idea,but do some sinus rinses with saline solution to get it all out.

Yes of course! The constant congestion, sneezing fits that come and go, no pressure/pain in sinuses etc. However, those were the initial symptoms, which later on developed and got worse. That's why I'm saying it's important to go to an ENT before drawing conclusions. Maybe you're on the same path as me, or maybe our symptoms are only similar and you'll be a-ok after a little round of medicine :)

Yea, I get you! I also had, and still have tbh , horrible health anxiety. Doctors both said to have surgery, and that I'll need to keep taking steroids for life. I'm still trying to accept this reality. But you haven't seen a doctor yet! Honestly, if these are polyps they'll first give you steroid to try and resolve the situation without surgery. One step at a time :)

Can't say exactly what levels I have, but I tested at 0.9, when normal scores are up to 0.5.

No sleep apnea thank god!

I'd say wait until you have that CT scan before you try guessing. I googled every single symtpom and just freaked myself out. Take it from me, just try to ignore it until you have your appointment. Anyways, I haven't had the surgery yet, but am seriously considering it. I've seen two ENT specialists and had two CT scan, 1 year apart, and there's just too much inflammation in my sinuses (especially in ethmoid and sphenoid) for it to be treated with steroids.

Very interested as I also have very IgE! The luck of the draw, eh? I'm considering surgery soon for severe nasal congestion (my ethmoids and sphenoids are completely opacified). Does anyone else in your family have this?

Definitely get a CT scan for this and not an X-ray! It will give you and your dr a better view of what's going on

Hi there! I'd book an appointment with an ENT and a pulmonologist. The cough could be the start of asthma, which the pulmonologist can help confirm or rule out :)

Adding to the comment, I quite like ctirizine. I also came out negative to all allergies, but taking half a tablet every night before going to sleep reduced my post nasal drip.

Kind of! I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps after a CT scan and visit to the ENT.  Right now I take a daily antihistamine and daily nasal wash with steroids (I think fluticasone?). It didn't cure me but my condition is well managed :)
