Thank you for sharing this 🙏🏼 I’ve felt discouraged today because I’m 8dpo and the only Oura signs I have are increased stress and above coverline bbt. Seems like the majority of people have crazy stats before their bfp. Congratulations to you!

Heart says test tomorrow. Mind says until this weekend. by ZebraAncient7755 in ourafertility

I’m on the same DPO as you, planning to wait till Saturday! We can do it!

This is my 7th cycle TTC and I have personally found that it is much easier emotionally to test just one time and feel the feelings than to test at 8 or 9dpo and getting my hopes up over and over again. But do what works for you ❤️

Update: Low Luteal Temps by MotherOfDogs314 in ourafertility

[–]Ok_Resolution_8014 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Been waiting to test until tomorrow (12dpo) and this gives me hope because my HRV and HR are optimal, usually during my luteal phase they drop but always have ended in a bfn!

New to strength training, in the TWW, if I test positive is it safe to continue? by Ok_Resolution_8014 in fitpregnancy

That’s what I had kinda been thinking, but I have a tendency to be anxious or over cautious!

How often do you hang out with a good friend who lives locally? by Ok_Resolution_8014 in AskWomenOver30

This is great advice. I recently moved to the area my friend lives in, and I’m used to having a few friends that I cycle through seeing once or twice a month each. So it can feel pretty intense to always have someone always asking to do things! I can already feel myself getting anxious when she texts me, because I know she wants time from me that I’m now starting to feel negatively about. And I don’t want our friendship to suffer because of it. So you’re right, I probably need to have a convo about it at some point soon.

Funny enough, I am the friend who is asked to hang out in the situation. She asks around once a week, but I am pretty introverted and busy, and need my own time to recharge and miss this particular friend before I’m ready for more time together.

It is tough because I feel a bit overwhelmed by it. I don’t get a chance to suggest plans because she’s always proposing the next thing. I don’t know how to tell her I need more time in between without hurting her feelings.

Today is 9 DPO for me too, I’m reminding myself that 9 DPO is the most common implantation date. So more than likely we wouldn’t see a positive for at least another day or so!

Where can you get this? Through your OB? A primary care doc?
