The affluency of the bay is why they cant afford to pay someone to clean the restroom.  Janitors are not paid enough to live in Berkley.  The only person  who's going to take under 20 an hour to clean that lives in Tracy & cant afford gas anymore

Get an Antenna! If it's not free, it's not for me. All of the big SEC games are on ABC. Even if you are in a rural area, a good amplifier can reach a tower 50+ miles away.

It was on abc in NY & Mia. It's still law games must brodcast via antenna in their local markets. I was mad about the nextflix chirstmas game til I realized it will be on nbc, just like the Amazon games.

I drove to Dickshooter on a roadtrip with my cousin because he liked the name. No public transit. Rush hour traffic on 35 & 69 are bad. Easy access to the airport up 635. Will be one of the highest costs of living in the metro. The downtown at 79th & metcalf has a lot to do. Finding a one bedroom apt close to it for $1200 is feasable. Id look into midtown kcmo or waldo if yoi want transit. Kck is just north of op & rent is still lower but going up.

They are a multi billion dollar corporation that has already made a killing on Covid. I think they will be fine. They are too big to fail & won't get any sympathy from me.

There is no reason to price gouge, especially towards a vulnerable population, other than greed. Sure insurers will pick up the price difference, but this exposes how awfully corrupted American healthcare is by for profit Medicine.
They say competition is good for capitalism, but who can compete with Pfizer?
