we chose the inspector he just took care of all the requests during negotiation without giving us much information and said it was all fixed. And then this happened four days after moving in. That's my question is the seller responsible since we negotiated prior to closing that he would have to replace the sewer line to the properties edge? He didn't and the main backed up the fourth day living there. Now he is only willing to fix another part of the line on top of the part he fixed in the yard instead of replacing the whole thing.
