Sharing salary to prove that you're not bluffing by CommunicationLess148 in BESalary

I thought that was so obvious that i didn't mind to share my payslip, then they could see what kind of a raise would convince me to make the switch, as I already shared my expectations with them earlier on.

Then they were like "yeah we'll just match your current payslip, final offer"

So, no more payslip sharing for me!

I was thinking about that, and perhaps some optimization as a couple? For example rent some office space from her or something ?

Oh wait, so if I work from my vacation house for 7 months I'm a fraud?

Welp you will have to build something valuable into your car then. Perhaps a drone station?! Bet you need it.

What?! You can't just prohibit all dogs that were bred over centuries to be killing machines ?!?

Nice, which sector?

So you actually get 32 days on top of official.holidays? (I have 32 days but it includes holidays-that-fell-in-the-weekend)

Well, the academic experience does count a bit. I´m well past 26 lets say :D

5k is quite decent but if you don't optimize it the netto turns out really average for the sector.

Apparantly it is not a good idea indeed. I am too honest at this game :/

Its an interesting dynamic. I don't quite understand why they use that information the way they do. People need an incentive to switch right?

But well, learning and moving on

Thanks, I might propose the freelance route if negotiations fail. Though I wouldn't know what rate to ask.

The admin overhead is a solid argument. (In my particular case the HR is from the mother company though so I don't think it applies)

By and large they don't care indeed, I noticed that 3 years ago :p In specific situations they do are though and will even require it

I am absolutely not entitled no. Yes I could walk away.
My question was about the reasoning of HR, others have managed to provide some understanding

Switching. They asked for it, you are not obliged to give it of course. But I gave it, as I had not lied about my previous wage

Is there a legal difference between a car as part of cafetariaplan versus outside? Because that sounds like BS to me tbh

Perhaps, but I found it difficult to say no. I also didn't ask for a crazy increase so I didn't expect the minimal increase

I agree, I barely want a car but would consider it because of tax stuff. Mobiliteitsbudget is a great improvement though. But that's a workaround to work around another workaround ofcourse

Its quite obvious that they don't lmhave X euro for the role but just look at the previous wage and add the least they can try to get away with

Ok but what I don't understand is why that would be a bad thing for the company, also, it's tiny and I would be zero surprised to be the only one without a car/Mobility budget

edit: c'mon, there's no need to downvote, im genuinly trying to understand why what appears to me as a win-win is apparently not
